OTELBULURUM.COM USER AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between otelbulurum.com website ("Site") and the real or legal person ("User") who is a member of the Site or uses the Site in any way, under the following conditions.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the terms, responsibilities, rights and obligations regarding the User's use of the services offered through the Site.
3. Service Description
otelbulurum.com is a platform that allows users to search for accommodation facilities, compare them and make reservations. Hotel information can be viewed on the Site, reviewed by the user and reservations can be made with referrals.
4. User Obligations
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with its rules and rules of honesty.
It cannot share content that violates the rights of others, is misleading or harmful.
There is an opportunity to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in transactions made through the Site.
The user undertakes not to violate legal rights such as third party or legal entity brand, copyright, personal data.
5. Rights and Obligations of otelbulurum.com
The Site is not dependent on the continuity and continuity of the service provided. Temporary interruptions in the service may occur due to technical malfunctions, maintenance and updates.
The hotel information provided on the Site is provided by third parties and services. otelbulurum.com is not responsible for the storage of this information.
The right to suspend or terminate users' access to the Site is reserved.

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties accept that Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes that may arise from the contract.
10. Enforcement
The user is deemed to have accepted all the conditions specified in this contract by becoming a member of or using the Site.
