The hotel business or representative that approves this contract electronically through the platform and enters its information completely during registration.
Hereinafter referred to as "Hotel".
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the listing of the Hotel on the otelbulurum.com platform, the sale of accommodation services, the reservation process, commission rates, invoicing and determination of payment principles.
3. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract enters into force electronically and becomes binding between the parties when the Hotel becomes a member of the otelbulurum.com website or fills out the business partner registration form, checks the "I have read and accept the contract" box and clicks the [SAVE / SEND / CONFIRM] button.
With this approval, the parties accept that the contract is valid and legally binding without the need for a written signature.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
The room information, prices, visuals and content it provides to the platform are complete and accurate.
It responds to reservations in a timely manner and provides the service completely.
Overbooking is not done.
Confidentiality of user information and compliance with KVKK are ensured.
Cancellation and refund policies are clearly notified to the platform.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLATFORM
To provide hotel information to the user and to carry out sales.
Track reservations and make instant notifications to the Hotel.
Submit a sales report for accommodations at the end of each month.
Make payments in accordance with the commission rate.
6. COMMISSION AND PAYMENTS
For each successful reservation, the Hotel agrees to pay a commission of ___% to the Platform.
The commission is calculated based on the gross room price.
The Platform sends a detailed sales report to the Hotel based on the monthly invoicing principle.
The Hotel issues an invoice for the commission amount.
Payment is made within ___ business days from the invoice date.
7. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Either party may terminate the contract by giving written notice (e-mail) 15 days in advance.
The contract automatically terminates when the Platform membership is canceled.
The rights and receivables that have arisen continue to be valid after termination.
8. DISPUTE AND AUTHORITY
The parties agree that the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (or the relevant province) are authorized in disputes that may arise from this contract.
9. ELECTRONIC APPROVAL
This contract shall be valid without the physical signature of the parties; if the Hotel becomes a member of the otelbulurum.com website, fills in its information completely and approves this contract electronically.
